It looks just like the sample photo on the ads! I did the option of uploading MY OWN photos of my dogs. I’m lucky in that I was able to figure out how to use some photo editing software to cut out just their heads from photos (removing the backgrounds) so that their images on my sticker look really good. Some of my photos were of old dogs that I had 25+ years ago, so they were old photos on photo paper that I had to scan in, so the quality of those photos weren’t the best. My dogs that I have now, I had better, more clear, HD digital photos to work with. *TIPS for placing your sticker > wear clean latex gloves so that you don’t leave fingerprints on the back (sticky side) of the sticker. Put a little bit of dish soap in some water and wet down your window surface first, so that you have the bubbly, slightly soapy water on it. Then put your sticker on that. I read on the internet that it’s the best way to place a sticker. It enables you to easily move the sticker around for exact placement. I then carefully started smoothing the sticker out, taking a soft cloth & GENTLY pressing out as many bubbles as possible, and drying the surface. Even though you may still see some bubbles, believe it or not, after awhile they disappear! DON’T rub the surface of the sticker too hard.
***UPDATE! Updating my review above. The longer the sticker has been on my window, the better it looks! It looks completely smooth now, and really blends in to the window. It looks great!
